This is the blend Nikolas personally drink each morning.
It combines fresh ginger root, citrus, water, and LifeWeb mushroom extracts into a simple daily ritual.
• 1 lb fresh ginger root
• 1 gallon water
• 3 lemons
• 3 limes
1. Roughly chop 1 pound of fresh ginger root.
2. Add the ginger to a blender.
3. Fill the blender with water to the top fill line.
4. Blend until the ginger is broken down, but not completely pulverized.
5. Pour the blended mixture into a pot.
6. Add additional water from the gallon if needed.
7. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
9. Strain through a fine screen strainer into a bowl or container.
10. Press and squeeze remaining liquid from the ginger pulp.
11. Discard the pulp.
12. Juice 3 lemons and 3 limes into the strained ginger liquid.
13. Combine the mixture back into the remaining gallon of water.
14. Refrigerate.
Each morning:
Mix 4–6 ounces of the ginger citrus base, then add your LifeWeb mushroom extract(s) of choice
Stir/froth. Drink. Repeat daily.
