LifeWeb Mycology™ is committed to providing high-quality products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, sealed, and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return.

However, we understand that individual experiences may vary. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time satisfaction resolution per customer.

This policy is intended for reasonable product evaluation and not full consumption or repeated use.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to a fair and resonable customer expeience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to process a replacement or refund.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of LifeWeb Mycology.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please place a new order and contact us regarding your original purchase.

If eligible, we will guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products (unless approved under our satisfaction policy)

Products returned without prior contact

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
